When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, Shopify store URL, monthly ad spend estimate, and the message you write. If you book a call through Calendly, they collect the details needed to schedule that call.
If you sign up for the Ad Junkies newsletter, we collect your email address only.
That's it. We don't run hidden tracking or collect anything beyond what you give us directly.
We use your contact form details to respond to your enquiry and to figure out whether we can genuinely help your business. Nothing else.
We use your email address, if you signed up for Ad Junkies, to send the newsletter. We won't use it to pitch you services unless you've asked us to.
We will never sell your data, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your contact form submissions go through Formspree, which processes and forwards them to us. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and does not use your data for any purpose other than delivery.
If you book a call, your booking details are handled by Calendly. Calendly is also GDPR-compliant. Their privacy policy is at calendly.com/privacy.
Neither service stores your data beyond what's needed to do their job.
This site currently uses no cookies and runs no tracking scripts.
We may add Google Analytics 4 and a Meta Pixel in the future for advertising and analytics purposes. If and when we do, this policy will be updated to reflect that, and we'll add a cookie consent notice.
You can request that we delete any data we hold about you at any time. Just email us at hello@kliks.com.au and we'll sort it out promptly.
If you signed up for Ad Junkies, there's an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to access, correct, and port your data under GDPR. Same email address to request any of those.
